Mid-sized, general practice law firm seeks experienced Senior Litigation Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with 5-10+ years of litigation administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can provide exceptional support to attorneys handling complex litigation matters. Key qualifications include strong knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures and litigation processes, excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff.
