Jung brings diverse experience to his current practice, having been involved in commercial and real estate litigation, creditors’ rights, and criminal defense, as well as corporate transactions and planning. He has participated in all aspects of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery through trial, as well as extensive motion practice. Collectively, this work has formed the foundation of his courtroom acumen where he is quick on his feet, thoroughly prepared, and able to develop and present compelling and persuasive arguments before the applicable tribunal.
