Maryland Bankruptcy Bar Association Elects Joseph Selba President

Maryland Bankruptcy Bar Association elects Joseph M. Selba, administrative partner at Tydings & Rosenberg LLP, as its president.

Joe’s bankruptcy/restructuring practice focuses on representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in insolvency proceedings, workouts, liquidations, financial restructurings, and bankruptcy litigation.  He also regularly represents businesses and individuals in contract cases in the Maryland and federal courts. 

In its 2022 edition of Chambers USA Guide, Chambers has recognized Joe as an up-and-coming practitioner who handles a range of matters, including Chapter 11 proceedings.  One source was quoted as saying, "Joe is a great partner to work with. He responds timely with practical, efficient guidance."
