Tydings, a Baltimore law firm that serves individuals and businesses in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia through its offices in Baltimore and Towson, announces that Joseph M. Selba has become a partner with the firm effective January 1, 2019.
Joe’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, as well as commercial litigation. He has represented corporations and individuals in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 proceedings before the United States Bankruptcy Courts. He also counsels local businesses and financial institutions in commercial disputes and collection and foreclosure proceedings.
Joe joined Tydings in 2016 after practicing with Lori Simpson, who was appointed to the bench of the United States Bankruptcy Court.
He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Maryland Bankruptcy Bar Association. He is actively involved with youth athletic organizations and his church.
