Tydings, a Baltimore law firm that serves businesses in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia, announces that Joseph M. Selba has joined the firm as counsel in its bankruptcy/creditors’ rights and litigation departments.
Mr. Selba’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, as well as commercial and tort litigation. He has represented both corporate entities and individuals in a variety of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 proceedings before the United States Bankruptcy Courts. Mr. Selba also counsels local businesses and financial institutions in commercial disputes and collection and foreclosure proceedings.
Mr. Selba comes to the firm after serving clients in private practice with Lori Simpson, who has been appointed to the bench of the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Mr. Selba is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Maryland Bankruptcy Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, Bar Association of Baltimore City, and Anne Arundel County Bar Association.
