Lauren practices in the areas of business, corporate, and tax law. Her experience includes general business and real estate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, and business transactions. She also provides intellectual property counseling, including trademark, copyright, licensing, brand management, protection, and enforcement advice. In 2023, Maryland Super Lawyers named her a rising star for her business law practice.
Lauren is a current mentee of the Executive Alliance in their Effective Impact Mentorship Program, which is an esteemed cohort of accomplished women from varying professional backgrounds. She is also a member of the Meritas Women's Leadership Congress.
