"What makes the practice of law unique is that success is not measured by personal accomplishments, rather, it is defined by how effective you are in helping your clients succeed."
With a focus oriented toward client success, Zach counsels businesses and their owners on a broad spectrum of day-to-day and operational matters and shepherds their transactions to consummation. Zach brings a combination of genuineness and sophistication to his work that makes him both a trusted advisor and effective facilitator of his clients’ goals and objectives.
Zach’s practice includes assisting businesses with entity formation and governance, real estate and commercial leasing matters, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and legal and regulatory compliance issues.
Zach graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2022. During that time, he served as the president of the Business and Tax Law Association, senior staff editor of the University's Law Review, law clerk, and a Maryland Rule 19-220 student attorney for the University’s Community Development Law Clinic. Prior to joining Tydings, Zach served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Finifter of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
