The Super Lawyers selection process combines peer nominations and evaluations of highly regarded practitioners with independent research. Lawyers under 40 years of age or in practice for less than 10 years are recognized as "Rising Stars." In each state, the Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than five percent of attorneys, and the Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys.
