Rima Kikani and Casey Brinks Named Tydings & Rosenberg Partners

Tydings & Rosenberg LLP is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2025, Rima A. Kikani and Casey D. Brinks have been elevated to the firm's partnership. Both Casey and Rima joined the firm as associates in 2022.

As a medical malpractice defense litigator, Rima works tirelessly to protect the interests, livelihoods, and reputations of health care providers. She is a persuasive and formidable advocate with significant litigation expertise, and has served as lead counsel on trial, appellate, and administrative agency matters. Rima also serves as the Chair of the MSBA Young Lawyers’ Section, on the MSBA Board of Governors, the MSBA President's Executive Committee, and as a state delegate to the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Assembly. Rima has been honored by her peers for her work, as evidenced by her recognition as a VIP Under 40 by The Daily Record, a Maryland Rising Star, and "One to Watch" by Best Lawyers in America.

An effective litigator with substantial trial experience, Casey passionately defends the interests of businesses, employers, and professionals in premises liability, personal injury, employment, and medical malpractice matters. Before entering private practice, Casey was an assistant state's attorney in Baltimore City, prosecuting homicides and other serious felony cases. As a further testament to Casey's professional reputation, he has been recognized by Best Lawyers as "One to Watch" for the last two years.

"We are thrilled to have Rima and Casey become partners," said Diane D'Aiutolo, the firm's managing partner. "Their professional experience and capabilities are fully complemented by their enthusiasm for the practice of law. Casey and Rima are excellent attorneys who represent Tydings' future-forward growth strategy."
