Leveraging the extensive trial experience he gained as a former prosecutor, as well as his persuasive and compelling written and oral advocacy, Casey zealously defends the interests of individuals, businesses, employers, and professionals in criminal defense, premises liability, personal injury, employment, and medical malpractice matters.

Whether representing an individual facing criminal charges, working with a health care provider whose reputation and livelihood hang in the balance, or discussing a portfolio of claims with an insurance adjuster who requires thorough yet succinct reports and updates, Casey understands what each client needs and expects from their attorney and focuses calibrates his counsel accordingly.
Prior to entering private practice, Casey served as an assistant state's attorney in Baltimore City, where he prosecuted homicides and other serious felony cases. He has first-chaired more than 40 jury and non-jury trials, bringing extensive courtroom experience and a valuable understanding of how prosecutors evaluate, prepare, and present criminal cases to his defense practice.
